    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Nurse Consultant to support multiple skilled nursing facilities around Hartford Connecticut. This role provides clinical guidance, ensures regulatory compliance, supports training initiatives, and drives quality improvement across assigned locations. The ideal candidate is an RN leader who excels in coaching, auditing, and elevating standards of care.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct clinical audits and support facility compliance
    • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and education to nursing leadership
    • Assist facilities in developing and maintaining high-quality clinical programs
    • Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement strategies
    • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements
    • Support DONs and Administrators in operational and clinical initiatives

    Qualifications:
    • Active RN license in Connecticut
    • Prior experience as a Regional Nurse Consultant, DON, or multi-site clinical leader
    • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey readiness
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to travel regularly within the region
