Job Summary

What you'll do
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and other teams to enhance performance and resolve challenges.
Plan, organize, and coordinate all regional office activities to support Plan growth objectives and ensure optimal service levels based on workload projections and staffing needs.
Coordinate workflows and scheduling to ensure timely handling of sales and service inquiries during peak periods.
Oversee sales and service interactions, offering feedback to administrators and representatives to reinforce sales goals and ensure compliance with professional practices and procedures.
Partner with cross-divisional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and resolve issues.
Propose and implement improvements to internal procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Accountable for performance monitoring, policy enforcement, termination process, disciplinary action, hiring, compliance and team development. Maintaining accurate records of all hiring, firing and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and maintain the Territorial Management System for the region, ensuring the sales team has access to and is trained on all relevant systems.
Conduct monthly verification and monitoring of regional sales goals to ensure they are accurately represented.
Prepare the annual budget for assigned areas, monitor the effective use of allocated funds, analyze budget variances, and recommend staffing, equipment, and supply needs while managing inventory for office supplies and marketing materials.
Ensure all licensed personnel meet continuing education requirements and submitted timely to the Kansas Insurance Department.
