Join Archer and Strengthen Operations Across Southeast Asia

At Archer, we are looking for a highly experienced and driven Regional Operations Manager to play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across Southeast Asia.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will support and strengthen operational performance across multiple product lines-ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement-while also contributing to regional growth and strategic development.

This is a senior leadership role where you will combine operational excellence, HSE focus, and commercial insight to drive performance across the region.

The Role

As Regional Operations Manager, you will support the regional implementation of quality and HSE systems, ensuring that operations teams deliver reliable, safe, and efficient services that exceed customer expectations.

You will work closely with Operations Leads to coach and strengthen delivery performance, while ensuring consistent application of technical standards and procedures across the region.

The role also contributes to business growth by supporting regional initiatives across Well Construction, Completions, Interventions, and Plug & Abandonment (P&A) services.

What You Will Do

• Support and strengthen safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery across the region
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of QHSE and quality management systems
• Coach Operations Leads to ensure high performance and consistent execution
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strong governance, including incident investigation and corrective actions
• Lead or participate in internal and external audits
• Support business planning, cost control, and operational efficiency improvements
• Contribute to regional business development and customer engagement activities
• Support growth in Well Construction Completions, Interventions, and Plug & Abandonment (P&A) services, including expansion of the rigless P&A portfolio
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, and Product Lines to deliver regional growth initiatives

Who You Are

You are a senior operations professional with deep industry experience and a strong ability to drive performance across complex environments.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Well Services within oil & gas
• Strong background in Completions, Interventions, and Plug & Abandonment (P&A)
• Extensive field and operational experience, with a strong understanding of safety risks and operational delivery
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of the Southeast Asia market
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate across functions and cultures in a regional environment
