Position Summary
The Regional Heavy Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, growing, and developing the Heavy Maintenance business throughout the Southeast Region. This position oversees all aspects of heavy maintenance operations, including compliance repairs, sump repairs, fueling system repairs, environmental remediation support, concrete and other petroleum-related maintenance services.
This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing field personnel, supporting business development efforts, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with extensive field experience in the petroleum industry who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and expanding business opportunities.
This is a highly visible leadership position with significant opportunities for growth as the Heavy Maintenance division continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
7+ years of petroleum industry experience with extensive field knowledge in Heavy Maintenance, fueling systems, environmental compliance, or related services.
Previous leadership experience managing field personnel across multiple locations or regions.
Proven ability to grow a business while developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of:
Compliance repairs
Sump repairs
Spill containment systems
Fuel system maintenance
Environmental regulations
Petroleum equipment and infrastructure
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, job costing, labor management, and profitability.
Ability to travel throughout the Southeast Region as needed.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
