Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a multi-property portfolio. This position will be responsible for driving property performance, maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, developing on-site teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Job Responsibilities
2+ years of experience in regional, multi-site, or portfolio property management.
Proven experience with property budgeting, financial reporting, and portfolio performance management.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi.
Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and evaluating on-site property teams.
Knowledge of real estate operations, lease administration, property maintenance, and fair housing regulations.
Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office, including Excel and other reporting tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational improvement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple properties, competing priorities, and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to assigned properties, including occasional out-of-state travel.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or a related field.
Industry certification such as CPM, CAM, or equivalent.
Prior experience managing properties in the Atlanta market or similar metropolitan markets.
Experience with property management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
Experience overseeing capital projects, renovations, or major property improvement initiatives.
