Job Title: Regional Property Manager
Location: Lakewood, NJ (Requires weekly day trips out of state)
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000

Job Summary:
A leading real estate management company specializing in multi-family garden-style properties is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This role focuses on driving operational and financial performance, managing on-site teams, and ensuring consistent execution across all locations. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a sense of urgency in meeting objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial, operational, and physical performance of multiple properties
• Lead, mentor, and support property managers and on-site staff
• Monitor budgets, review financial reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency
• Implement operational best practices for leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident retention
• Conduct weekly day trips to out-of-state properties for inspections, team meetings, and oversight
• Provide regular performance updates to ownership and stakeholders
• Learn and apply company systems, processes, and standards consistently across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Proven operational leadership experience
• Real estate management experience preferred, but not required
• Strong follow-through, execution, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• High sense of urgency in completing projects and addressing issues
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to the company’s systems and processes
• Ability to travel weekly for day trips to portfolio sites
