Bachelors degree in real estate or business-related field or equivalent combination of formal training/certification and professional work experience that demonstrates the prerequisite competence to perform the duties of this position.
1 year Publix management experience or 3 years of real estate and/or property/asset management experience
A valid driver's license
Knowledge of legal terms and practices, contracts, leases, and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP).
Knowledge of legal documents (e.g., leases, letter agreements, exhibits, amendments, declarations), legal concepts, and negotiation tactics
Knowledge of government processes - local, county and state (e.g. code ordinances, violations, eminent domain)
Knowledge of A/R balances, income growth, operating expenses, prospective tenants, and net operating income

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in in business administration, real estate or related field or equivalent experience
5 years or more of real estate experience with a background in commercial property and/or asset management.
