As Regional Quality Manager, you will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of quality systems across North America. Reporting to the Director of HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence, you will play a critical role in strengthening quality governance, driving customer satisfaction, improving yield, and building a culture focused on prevention, product integrity, and operational ownership of quality.

This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to influence regional quality strategy, lead quality improvement initiatives, develop talent, and partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, regulatory, and external manufacturing partners to elevate quality performance across the business.

How You''ll Help Us Grow

  • Lead and continuously improve the North American Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute regional quality strategies, objectives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Drive contamination prevention, product integrity, and risk reduction initiatives across internal and external manufacturing operations.
  • Champion customer complaint reduction through root cause investigations, corrective actions, and sustainable process improvements.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory, Engineering, and Quality teams to enhance product quality and customer experience.
  • Lead quality audits, performance monitoring, KPI reviews, and governance processes to strengthen operational accountability.
  • Support new product commercialization and provide quality oversight for external manufacturing and tolling partners.
  • Develop quality capability through coaching, training, mentoring, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on yield optimization, waste reduction, right-first-time performance, and cost reduction.

We''re looking for a strategic and collaborative quality professional who can influence across functions, lead change, and drive meaningful business improvements.

To be successful in this role, you''ll bring:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Chemistry (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of quality management experience within the agrochemical or specialty chemical industry.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and driving regional quality initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO/GMP standards, statistical process control, and quality management methodologies.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Willingness to travel within North America as required.

What We Offer

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $126,000 to $160,800 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
