Regional Reliability Planner
Location: Monroe, LA

 

 This position requires traveling 80% of the time.

As the Regional Reliability Planner at Drax, this role focuses on providing site support to standardize maintenance processes and procedures across the southern Drax locations. This will involve addressing questions and issues related to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) raised by site planners. The role includes acting as a project manager for specific projects, overseeing them from initiation to completion during planned outages. Collaboration with site planners will be essential for developing outage plans, allocating resources, and assisting in the execution of outage-related work.

Your Day-to-Day as a Regional Reliability Planner. You’ll:

  •  Oversee cost-tracking initiatives using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and manage the budget.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure consistency across Drax Pellet Operations’ Southern sites.
  • Lead the launches of any CMMS upgrades across Drax Pellet Operations’ Southern sites.
  • Assist in developing preventive maintenance (PM) checklists as needed.
  • Drive compliance and maintain document control for annual audits.

 

 

 

What you’ll bring:
To excel in this vital role, you’ll need:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other project management software.
  • Experience with navigation and reporting using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Proficient in reporting using Power BI.
  • Understanding of maintenance processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage maintenance teams, if necessary.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes.
  • Must demonstrate technical skills.
