Safety And Compliance ManagerDevelop and roll out safety and compliance processes and programs that support the strategic vision of Lineage Logistics and work with cross functional teams to strengthen performance. Ensure team members operate in compliance, following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Hybrid role - The role covers 15 facilities, 2-3 days on site (Auga Mansa, Hunter Park).Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesConduct annual health and safety inspections at facilities within region and work with local management to close corrective actionsProvide compliance training and assist facilities in incident investigations, root cause analysis, process hazard analysis, compliance audits and adequate corrective actionsSupport facilities through management of change processes (MOC) and implement process changes to enhance safety and complianceReview construction and expansion projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsInteract with government agencies during inspections, including negotiating findings and settlementsManage safety and compliance performance metrics and evaluate data to report trendsAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesMay lead and develop strategic projects that strengthen Lineage's safety and compliance cultureMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or related field; or 7 years of equivalent work experience5 years' experience in environmental health and safety and/or process safety, preferably with management and multi-site experienceDemonstrated experience working with Federal, State and local regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with managementExcellent organizational skills and ability to function in a rapid, highly visible, and changing environmentAbility to influence and persuade othersAbility to travel up to 50%Pay Range:$92,100.00 - $165,800.00Lineage provides safe, stable, reliable work environments, medical, dental, and basic life and disability insurance benefits, 401k retirement plan, paid time off, annual bonus eligibility, and a minimum of 7 holidays throughout the calendar year.Lineage is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that prohibit workplace discrimination and unlawful harassment and retaliation.
