Multi-Location Oversight | Field-Focused Role

About the Role

Liberty Service Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, field-driven Regional Safety Manager to help lead and strengthen our safety culture across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to be in the field ensuring standards are not just met, but lived every day.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee safety operations across multiple branches with a strong focus on driving safety and job site safety
• Ensure field employees are properly equipped with and consistently using PPE
• Partner with branch leaders to ensure regular safety meetings and discussions are happening and effective
• Work closely with General Managers to build and reinforce a strong safety culture
• Review and monitor drive cam footage, identifying risks and escalating concerns as needed
• Coach, guide, and hold teams accountable to safety standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a multi-site or regional safety role (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service industries preferred)
• Strong understanding of fleet/driving safety and field operations
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments
• Ability to influence and coach leaders and technicians at all levels
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and accountability skills
