Regional Sales Director

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with theability to identify and hunt relevant prospects, a real hustler witha strong bias to execution.

Youwill:

• Hunt* and execute. Demonstrates the ability to prospect into large* enterprise accounts (AE Prospecting, SDR, Channel, CustomerReferences, Marketing)
• Own* and lead the full sales cycle
• Execute* on pipeline creation and conversion
• Present* a business case to customers with ROI and Value
• Qualify* opportunities and guide internal stakeholders through a strong* purchasing process
• Deepen* relations to nourish long-term partnerships
• Collaborate* across the organization to ensure alignment and success across the* customer base

Requirements

• * 5+* years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track* record of success exceeding sales quotas
• Strong* hunter mentality
• Able* to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
• A* proven track record of landing 5+ net new logos each year and the* ability to run a complex sales motion
• Ability* to close complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in* new or emerging solution categories.
• At* least 3 years of cybersecurity in the Cloud/SaaS-related domain
• At* least 2 years of start-up experience.
• Ability* to build and leverage strong relationships in the region. (CISOs,Partners, Tech Alliances)
• Excellent* listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable* working in a fast-paced winning environment
