One rep, one territory, one mission: get new listings.Responsibilities Lead all sales and marketing efforts in the exclusive territoryActively prospect and generate new leadsConduct listing appointments (home visits and intro calls)Convert inbound and outbound leads to listingsSchedule photo shootsPrepare and activate new listingsComplete all onboarding and activation tasksManage and install yard signsProvide five-star customer serviceKeep and maintain CRM and other admin toolsParticipate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and other eventsTrack key performance metrics and other data to measure resultsCollaborate with external and internal partners including ops/trans/product/biz teamsOther duties and responsibilities as may be required or assignedRequirements Active real estate license in OhioReal estate sales experienceBachelor\'s degree or higherExcellent written and oral communication skillsEmbraces both the challenge and unlimited possibility of a startupAbility to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekendsCurrently lives or willing to relocate to Greater Columbus areaCompensation Regional Sales Director earns 100% commission (uncapped) based on revenue share. On-target annual earnings of $150,000 for average 5 closings per month. On-target annual earnings of $300,000 for average 10 closings per month. Optional training stipend for up to 90 days. Marketing starter package provided. Independent contractor position therefore no employee benefits or tax withholdings. Candidates may also be eligible for a company equity award.Additional Details Work from home. Regular travel for sales calls, listing appointments, and yard signs. Periodic travel to company offices in Cincinnati and other events. No expenses or reimbursements. Regional Sales Director reports to Founder/CEO.
