Regional Sales Director, Skilled Trades Staffing - Dallas, TX
Our client is hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead growth and execution for its DFW operation and support expansion into additional branch markets over time. This is a player/coach role (more coach than player) with ownership for sales performance, team development, and office cadence across sales and recruiting.
What you'll do:
- Lead branch performance across sales + recruiting, setting weekly priorities, activity expectations, and accountability.
- Coach and develop a growing team of account executives; support hiring and ramp as headcount expands.
- Serve as a senior client-facing leaderstrengthen key accounts and support expansion of existing relationships.
- Partner closely with recruiting/operations to drive fill ratios, redeployments, retention, and service quality.
- Build consistent reporting rhythms (revenue/activity/performance) and drive execution against goals.
What you need:
- 8+ years in staffing, ideally skilled trades.
- Proven sales leadership experience (sales manager / player-coach).
- Strong sales acumen, initiative, and ability to operate without micromanagement.
- High energy, strong communication, and comfort with early-day check-ins when needed.
