Lead the strategy, own regional performance, and drive revenue growth across the Western U.S. as a Regional Sales Director. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing enterprise sales strategy, expanding market presence, and scaling high-performing sales teams. You will play a critical role in driving new business acquisition, strengthening client relationships, and aligning sales execution with STAND 8's growth objectives. This position directly contributes to organizational success by maximizing revenue, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities- Own Western U.S. regional revenue performance, including new business, expansion, gross profit, and margin targets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy across key verticals including media, entertainment, and technology
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Client Solutions Directors and Business Development Managers to exceed revenue goals
- Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth across competitive markets
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to influence large-scale, multi-service engagements
- Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, and sales discipline across the region
- Partner with Solutions and Delivery teams to increase win rates, deal size, and client satisfaction
- Influence pricing strategy, solution positioning, and territory planning to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required: - 10+ years of experience in technology staffing, consulting, and/or managed services sales
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with ownership of regional or multi-market revenue targets
- Proven success leading enterprise sales teams and scaling new logo and expansion growth
- Strong background in IT staffing, SOW, and managed services sales models
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing, quota-carrying sales teams
- Expertise in territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and complex deal negotiation
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, high-performance team.
Preferred: - Experience leading sales teams across the Western U.S. region
- Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Experience selling into media, entertainment, or technology verticals
- Familiarity with global delivery models and offshore/onshore solutions
- Familiarity with STAND 8 internal systems, processes, or methodologies.
