WHO YOU ARE
As the Regional Sales Manager - Central, you will be responsible for leading and growing Vivazen’s business across our Central regions like Missouri, Illinois, Texas and Minneapolis. You will drive revenue growth by expanding distribution, increasing volume, strengthening distributor partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
This role requires a strategic operator who can balance big-picture market planning with hands-on field execution. You will work closely with distributors, independent sales partners, retailers, and internal stakeholders to build sustainable growth across the region while ensuring strong execution at every level of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function, and pay.
