We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pittsburgh Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and clinical specialists in the Pittsburgh market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on company's growth and success in this region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of over 10 sales reps and clinical specialists
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on coronary and/or peripheral vascular experience
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary of 200,000 with an on-target earnings potential of 375,000 uncapped
  • Stock options and car allowance
