As the Regional Sales Manager, Flame Retardant, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional commercial strategy for the Flame Retardants and Industrial Solutions business across North America, with primary focus on the US Midwest. Drive profitable revenue growth, market share expansion, customer engagement, and strategic business development in alignment with global business objectives. Serve as the commercial lead and primary customer interface for the region, working closely with global product management, R&D, technical service, operations, and regulatory teams to identify market opportunities and accelerate growth.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $101,000 - $139,000
Annual Bonus Target: 20%, subject to plan provisions.
