REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Frisco Texas Area

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the District Sales Manager. The main objective of the Regional Sales Manager is to provide an environment that allows the growth of the branch and our real estate professionals.

As a Regional Sales Manager, your role will include responsibilities such as:

• To recruit new and experienced real estate professionals to join our company.
• To plan and assist in company development and training programs.
• To maintain contact with real estate professionals using CRM, hosting events, training, coaching, calls, notes, and pop-bys.
• To work with District Managers and the Principals team to plan and implement future strategies of the brokerage division.
• To represent the company and solicit associate participation in the community and the REALTOR® Associations to secure new business for the office/company.
• To support all approved contests to build production, profits, and morale.
• To support company activities to enhance fundraising for the company's charitable organizations.
• To support all company marketing activities.
• To develop each person to optimize individual productivity. (The Art of Plate Spinning)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a current Texas real estate license
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills with a high degree of multitasking and attention to detail
• Flexible, task-oriented individual who can change priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative department
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact with other teams and/or other real estate professionals
