Regional Sales Manager Renaissance Windows and Doors Inc is a growing manufacturer of premium quality windows and doors located in Jacksonville, FL. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover multiple Florida territories including the panhandle, and portions of Georgia. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Increase sales and market share within the outlined territory with a high level of integrity.
- Maintain and update sales reporting functions on a weekly basis.
- Demonstrate excellence in delivering effective visual and verbal presentations.
- Ability to quote window and door takeoffs utilizing technology provided by the company.
- Collect marketing intelligence on competitors and potential new opportunities within the territory.
- Proactively making sure all customers are within payment terms. Skills:
- Comfortable working in multiple sales channels relating to windows and doors.
- Understanding of the Florida Building Code.
- Ability to sell based on value, not price.
- Strong listening and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Confident in leading formal group presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills: ability to develop, execute and track programs through different channels.
- High energy, self-starter, goal-oriented, a hunter, and
- Ability to work independently.
Requirements and Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building products space.
- Experience in residential and light commercial fenestration products is preferred.
- Experience with Dealer and Distribution Channel Partners preferred.
