Supports brokerage activities by assisting with policy processing, documentation, and basic risk assessment. Works under direct supervision to ensure accurate and timely handling of client submissions, quotes, and renewals while adhering to established underwriting and compliance guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in processing insurance submissions, endorsements, and renewals in accordance with company standards.
• Gather and review documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Support brokers and senior team members by preparing quotes, binders, and certificates as requested.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and database records.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to obtain required information or resolve routine inquiries.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements and compliance policies are followed in day-to-day activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related administrative role.
• Familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts is beneficial but not required.
