Responsible for all sales and service in the Milwaukee, WI, Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois regions. Responsibilities - Manage a specific geographic territory, including established accounts while prospecting for new business.
- Develop and maintain plans for accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to record customer interactions and maintain customer opportunity information.
- Perform client presentations, articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings from Monroe Truck Equipment. Provide management with suggestions for improving products, market share and price levels.
Qualifications - Up to 50% required travel within the designated territory and to Monroe location.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Mechanical aptitude is extremely beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
