Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of related progressive sales or business development experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure business environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting outside sales team

Preferred:

  • Experience in complex, solutions-based selling within OEM markets
  • Seal or related industrial product knowledge
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

This role is primarily office and field based environments.   Physical requirements, to perform the essential job functions include:

  • Approximately 50 – 75%  travel required (day trips and overnight stays)
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, and hear
  • Ability to present to customer groups and leadership teams
