Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-location sales operations and driving performance excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing outside sales teams.
- Conduct ride-alongs, performance management, and ongoing training.
- Drive regional revenue growth and profitability to meet/exceed targets.
- Oversee sales processes, approvals, and performance metrics.
- Develop short- and long-term strategic plans for multiple service centers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and HR.
- Participate in executive-level planning and leadership meetings.
- Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent.
- Travel between locations to ensure consistency and team engagement.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven experience leading sales teams.
- Knowledge of residential building systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field. (MBA a plus)
