Regional Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest

Location: Remote, covering WA, OR, ID, and parts of western MT

Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager with a hunter mentality. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in plastics, consumables (e.g., meat casings, food labels, inks), or small equipment oems like printing for food manufactures with a consumable as well. You’ll drive growth in the Pacific Northwest by building new business and nurturing client relationships. While working for one of the Countries well known brands!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Travel weekly within the territory to meet clients, attend events, and stay informed on market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued support.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in plastics, consumables, meat casing, labels, inks, or related equipment sectors.
  • Strong business development skills and a clear hunter mindset.
  • 3-5 years outside sales experience within a multi-state Territory
  • Experience working with food manufacturers.
  • Comfortable and willing to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
