An industry leading manufacturer of precision machinery is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and support technical sales operations. This role focuses on building long term relationships with end users and distribution partners by recommending high performance manufacturing solutions. You will be responsible for conducting on site visits, assessing technical needs, and executing sales strategies to meet production goals for clients across the region.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth within the territory
Conduct face to face customer meetings, sales calls, and on site visits
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate CNC machinery solutions
Promote products to existing customers, prospects, and distribution partners
Close sales and support customers throughout the buying process
Maintain strong customer relationships and help clients achieve their production goals
Develop sales forecasts and execute plans to meet targets
Collaborate with internal teams on quoting, delivery, and after sales support
Represent the company at trade shows, demos, and industry events
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Compensation
Starting salary of 110,000 to 125,000 dollars plus incentive compensation based on sales results and profitability
