Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales is required to join a global manufacturer of engineered air filtration solutions, covering the Western US including California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Hawaii.
Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales The successful candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales growth, managing key accounts, and supporting distributor and representative networks across industrial and power generation markets, specializing in engineered air filtration and inlet systems.
Base salary: $125,000 – $135,000 plus commissions 401K Remote position with regional travel Long-term growth opportunity within a global business
Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Role
Develop and grow regional sales across the Western US territory Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing customer relationships Sell engineered air filtration systems and inlet air solutions supporting industrial facilities and power generation environments Build relationships with end users, engineering teams, plant managers, maintenance leaders, and technical decision makers Develop and support distributor and independent representative networks across the region Identify opportunities for retrofit, refurbishment, and replacement of filtration and inlet air systems Educate customers on filtration performance, lifecycle value, and system optimisation Work closely with internal engineering, technical support, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events Support regional sales planning, forecasting, and market development initiatives
Proven experience in outside sales / regional sales / technical sales Experience selling into industrial, power generation, energy, or heavy process industries Background in air filtration, air handling systems, rotating equipment, or engineered industrial systems preferred Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or independent sales representatives Strong ability to engage technical stakeholders within plant and industrial environments Hunter mentality with strong account development and relationship management capability Comfortable working remotely and covering a large regional territory Mechanical or engineering background is highly desirable
