Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support and grow the West and Southwest territory for a Medical and Industrial Equipment Manufacturing client. This is a hunter-based role responsible for developing new business, expanding market presence, and driving product specification with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and develop new business with contractors, engineers, and healthcare facilities - Sell Amico's industrial product line into construction and engineering environments - Drive product specification with engineers and hospital personnel - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close - Travel throughout the territory to build and maintain relationships We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 2-10 years of relevant sales experience - Background in construction, engineering, or industrial sales strongly preferred (not looking for med/pharma sales) - Proven hunter mentality with experience prospecting new clients and closing business - Previous work experience with competitors such as Beacon, PowerX, or Pattons Medical - Competitive background (e.g. someone who comes from a competitive sports background)
