The right person will walk into a production facility, assess upstream and downstream workflows, and position software as a financial lever—not a feature set.What You Will Be Responsible ForThis is a quota-carrying position with defined revenue expectations. You will be responsible for driving software growth across your territory, including:Developing and executing a disciplined territory strategyGenerating new standalone software opportunitiesExpanding existing Durst hardware accounts with our solutionsConducting consultative discoveries inside production environmentsDemonstrating software in the context of real operational challengesManaging pipeline and forecasting with accuracy and accountabilityNegotiating contracts and closing complex dealsProviding structured market feedback to influence future developmentThis role requires independence, organization, and commercial maturity.The Profile That Performs Well HereSuccessful candidates typically bring:5+ years of B2B software sales experience within digital printing, RIP, MIS, workflow automation, or related production environmentsExperience selling into print service providers, packaging operations, converters, or industrial production facilitiesA consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotaComfort engaging operations leaders, production managers, and executive ownershipThe ability to connect technical capability to operational and financial outcomesStrong presentation and live demonstration skillsTerritory discipline and the ability to operate effectively in a remote structureEnglish proficiency is requiredThe ability to travel in the U.S. and Canada is required.Why This Role MattersSoftware is a strategic growth priority for Durst in North America.
