Position Summary
The Spasticity Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth within the spasticity product segment by developing relationships with healthcare providers and expanding market access. This role may involve both inside and field-based engagement strategies, depending on the territory and account needs.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell spasticity-related therapy to healthcare providers and institutions
Identify new business opportunities within targeted markets and underpenetrated accounts
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop territory strategies without fragmenting existing territories
Build relationships with hospital stakeholders and navigate vendor credentialing processes
Engage primarily with Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and other specialists
Educate clinicians on product benefits and clinical applications
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall business growth
Collaborate with internal teams at BHI to navigate account onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or specialty healthcare sales (spasticity experience preferred)
BA/BS degree strongly preferred
Strong understanding of clinical environments and hospital access requirements
Familiarity with hospital systems and vendor credentialing processes is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to evolving market needs and new product lines
Ability to work independently to develop and manage a book of business in a goal-driven environment
Ability to work cooperatively with internal BHI teams in a matrix environment to achieve targeted goals.
