Job Summary/Purpose
The position of Regional Sales Manager shall functionally possess responsibility for managing all traditional distributor channel sales of FallTech products into the territory specified as Territory #16. Additionally, this position will work with the FallTech National & Strategic Account Managers in support of FallTech's National Accounts and End User Strategic Accounts strategy. This position shall report directly to the Central Regional Sales Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
In an effort to increase sales the Regional Sales Manager shall:
- Be responsible for all distributor sales in Territory #16 of the FallTech Sales Map including Austin, San Antonio, and all surrounding and included geographies.
- Establish a work plan for achieving sales goals in the assigned geography.
- Manage/supervise Manufacturers Representatives and/or Construction Specialists within the assigned geography.
- Make sales calls establishing end user relationships with both general industry and construction companies having employees impacted by fall hazards.
- Guide the efforts of distributor sales staff through sales instruction, co-travel and sales meetings.
- Work with the full FallTech Sales team to attend and manage National and Regional trade shows.
- Set sales goals and work plans for all FallTech's Distribution Channels.

- Participate in sales and marketing planning for promotions, advertising, and public relations programs.
- Provide ownership and management with periodic sales & product forecasts and reports for the assigned geography.
- Learn, adopt and execute Sandler Sales methodology as instructed.
- Effectively input and manage HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools as directed.
