What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team of high-performing loan officers and branch managers to grow market share, boost production, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You’ll have full ownership of your region’s growth strategy, recruiting, and P&L.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of mortgage sales leadership experience with a track record of growth

• Deep understanding of retail mortgage origination and secondary markets

• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent

• Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline and P&L expertise

Compensation Competitive base salary, regional overrides, and profit-sharing.
