OverviewReporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director (SRD), the District Business Leader (DBL) will lead a team of eight Territory Business Managers representing two CNS products for Schizophrenia and Bipolar‑1, as well as any future neuroscience pipeline products and services. The DBL will coach, develop, and motivate the team to exceed sales goals within an assigned geographic area, ensuring high work standards and adherence to company policies.Territory8‑10 reps in Lower & Western Michigan and parts of Northwestern Ohio.
