Summary
As Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States, you will be accountable for driving profitable growth of Mattr's ShawFlex product lines across the region. Success in this role is defined by your ability to expand market presence, influence end-user specifications, and strengthen strategic channel partnerships. Through strong technical selling, deep understanding of customer requirements, and relationship-building, you will play a critical role in advancing Mattr's long-term growth strategy across key industrial markets.
