About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager serves as a player-coach, responsible for personal sales production while developing, training. managing, and holding sales representatives accountable to performance and process standards.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives
Actively sell and close residential and commercial projects
Enforce CRM usage, sales systems, and reporting standards
Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
Track KPIs, close rates, and service agreements, 1 on 1’s, attend management meetings
Stay up to date with the latest materials and sales training, adaptive to changes and the ability to enforce change while maintaining composure and trust with sales team
Maintain sales culture, accountability, and professionalism
Support regional growth and future expansion efforts
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in door knocking or home services correlated to exterior remodeling
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Experience working in commission-based sales environments
CRM proficiency and data-driven mindset
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: 12% commission on personal sales + 1% override on team sales
Average Total Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time, field-based with flexible hours
