Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, Texas, for a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the West Coast territory. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customer relationships, and managing independent sales representatives within assigned territories. Responsibilities include prospecting and customer outreach, conducting sales presentations and capability reviews, identifying opportunities across displays, panel assemblies, PCB assembly, cable and wire harnesses, precision machining, and integrated electromechanical assemblies, and supporting trade shows and industry events. The role works closely with engineering and operations teams to support customer requirements, quotations, and program development.
