Regional Sales Manager - West (Industrial Tires)

Reports to: Head of Industrial Tires

Location: The candidate should be based in the assigned territory: New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Travel will be extensive throughout this territory.

Job Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive direct-to-market sales of material handling and construction tires, across the assigned territory, with a primary focus on achieving top-line revenue targets. You will build and manage your own book of business through proactive field sales, customer acquisition, and ongoing relationship development with dealers, distributors, and end users in the industrial equipment space.

You will operate as a fully remote, self-directed field representative, traveling throughout the assigned region to identify opportunities, manage territory activity, and close deals independently without requiring corporate approval. You will be responsible for executing your own sales strategy, including pricing discussions, pipeline development, and customer engagement.

You will support the company transition to a direct-to-market model in the U.S. by expanding market presence and growing the industrial tire customer base. Success will be measured by territory growth, revenue generation, and consistent achievement of top-line sales targets.

Background Profile:

• 5-20 years of experience in sales in the tire industry

• Expert knowledge and prior sales experience in material handling and construction tires

• West Coast territory management and account development

• BA’s degree is a plus

Benefits, Compensation, & Features:

• Base salary: $90,000-$100,000 plus uncapped commission

• All travel expenses will be reimbursed, plus mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle usage
