About the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Regional Canvas Manager to lead, and grow our door-to-door canvassing and field marketing program in the Spokane, Washington market. You will build a motivated team that connects homeowners with exterior remodeling solutions, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decks, and related home improvement services.
This role is ideal for a field-focused leader who enjoys coaching people, improving performance, and turning neighborhood outreach into high-quality homeowner appointments. You will manage daily operations, recruiting, training, reporting, territory execution, and collaboration with sales and operations.
Responsibilities:· Lead daily canvassing operations across the Spokane market, including schedules, territories, routes, staffing, and production goals.
· Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain canvassers, team leads, and field marketing staff.
· Coach in the field through ride-alongs, live demonstrations, role-play, objection handling, and one-on-one feedback.
· Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for activity, lead quality, attendance, professionalism, and results.
· Maintain and reinforce approved scripts, homeowner qualification standards, customer service expectations, and safe work practices.
· Track and report key metrics such as doors knocked, homeowner contacts, leads, appointments, issued estimates, conversion rates, and team productivity.
· Use performance data to improve training, territory strategy, staffing, scripts, and appointment quality.
· Coordinate with sales, production, and operations so field activity supports market priorities and customer needs.
· Build a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture that recognizes achievement and supports development.
· May transport canvassing teams in company vehicle/Van to target geographic areas.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in canvassing, field marketing, or direct sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing and motivating a sales or canvass team
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, or home improvement industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field on a daily basis
