Are you passionate about growing revenue, developing high-performing sales leaders, and building winning teams?

Auto-Chlor System is seeking an experienced Regional Sales & Operations Director to lead multiple branches across the New York Metro region. This is an executive leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching leaders, expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable business growth.

You'll partner directly with executive leadership to develop Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Supervisors while creating a culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and consistent sales performance.

What You'll Do

  • Drive regional sales growth, customer retention, and market expansion
  • Coach and develop Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and Supervisors
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results
  • Partner with branch leadership to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Review P&Ls, sales performance, and operational KPIs to improve profitability
  • Recruit, hire, and develop future sales and operational leaders
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on regional growth strategies

  • Experience leading multiple business units or branch locations
