Regional Sales Rep

For more than 80 years, our client has provided high-quality industrial products and business supplies to thousands of customers nationwide. They provide exceptional service, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery. They are looking for a driven Regional Sales Representative to join their team.

JOB:

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue within an established book of accounts across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan, with the largest concentration of existing business located in Indiana and Ohio.

This role will include traveling throughout the territory to meet with customers, strengthen existing relationships, and re-engage low-activity accounts. While heavily focused on growing existing business, you will also have the opportunity to earn additional compensation by prospecting and closing new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

This position requires regular territory travel, typically 3–4 days per week, approximately 3 weeks per month.

The outside sales and inside sales teams work closely to process orders, complete paperwork, and drive revenue within the territory.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of managing a large book of business and territory while working remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of territory management experience
• Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset
• Ability to effectively manage and grow an established book of business
• Must live within the territory, ideally in the Dayton, OH area
• Open to traveling 3–4 days per week, approximately 3 weeks per month

• $90,000–$95,000 attainable Year 1 OTE
• $70,000–$75,000 base salary, DOE
