Pay Range: $100000 - $140000

Location: West Deptford/ Hybrid

The role:

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will help drive our goals by:

• Deliver revenue targets for assigned accounts and drive growth for the US refining business.

• Directs sales negotiations on behalf of Johnson Matthey to maximize sales revenue and profitability.

• Deliver pricing improvements and commercial best practice.

• Identify and develop new business and displacement opportunities.

• Work closely with the wider Johnson Matthey Commercial teams to support on PGM circularity and full service offering.

• Review and optimize feed intakes for the refining business.

• Develop, maintain and deliver against account plans.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Knowledge of platinum group metals markets and their industrial applications

• Proven track record in customer management and value-based selling

• Understanding of the PGM refining processes

• Proven ability to negotiate sales, to maximize sales revenue and profitability

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to position solutions in complex customer environment
