Job Summary:
The Regional Trainer is responsible for leading the development, coordination, delivery, and compliance tracking of training programs across Inter-Con's contracts. This role balances strategic execution with operational excellence, ensuring that training meets both regulatory obligations and internal performance standards. The Regional Training Manager works cross-functionally with compliance, legal, HR, field operations, and account management teams.
