Summary: Responsible for acting as a supervisor who implements a designed field program and manages field staff, while delivering goal oriented metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Onboard, train, and manage Campaign Directors.* Visit office locations; make sure they are maintained and presentable by scheduling CD cleaning tasks each week.* Ensure petitions are organized and audited in the storage units in a timely manner.* Verify tracker and documents are being updated and uploaded in a timely manner.* Implement a field program; ensure goal oriented metrics and quality control data is being met.* Manage CD schedule and which days they take off.* Lead nightly calls with CDs.* Weekly individual check ins with CDs.* Review nightly reports submitted by CDs.* Terminate employees with supervisor approval.* Nightly reports to supervisor(s) with metrics and program information.* Research/help secure office locations.* Assist with CD duties as needed. Assist with reimbursement approval. Purchase supplies. Attend meetings as needed. Interact with the client(s) as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages 15 subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Canvass Directors Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
