The Regional Tech Trainer utilizes subject matter expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate strategies and training programs that drive technology adoption, agent productivity, and business growth across the region. This position analyzes training needs, identifies adoption barriers, recommends specialized enablement solutions, and provides insights for improving technology utilization and performance outcomes. This position serves as a trusted technology advisor to Market Center leadership, Tech Leaders, and agents, while acting as a key liaison between the region and KWRI on technology initiatives. The Specialist leverages insights from training engagement, support trends, and adoption data to refine strategies and improve technology adoption and agent performance.

  • Directs and leads regional technology training initiatives, including virtual and in-person training sessions and Market Center training events
  • Plans and facilitates Tech Leader masterminds and builds a collaborative Tech Leader community across the region
  • Develops and delivers training programs that support technology adoption and agent productivity
  • Implements recruiting support strategies through business consultations and technology demonstrations highlighting agent value and competitive advantage
  • Analyzes agent engagement and adoption trends to identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and technology utilization
  • Evaluates agent and Market Center needs and provides recommendations to improve adoption, retention, and productivity outcomes
  • Prepares and delivers monthly technology adoption reports and leadership updates
  • Manages structured help desk escalation processes in partnership with Market Center Tech Leaders
  • Researches technology trends and adoption challenges to inform training and enablement strategies
  • Coordinates communication between KWRI, regional leadership, Market Centers, and agents regarding technology initiatives
  • Provides ongoing support and consultation to top agents to strengthen engagement and retention
  • Maintains consistent communication channels and participates in KWRI technology calls and updates
  • Directs and oversees projects or tasks that require specialized expertise and skills by applying industry experience and specialized knowledge
  • Utilizes subject matter expertise to plan projects, research issues, analyze and interpret data, and provide insights for data-driven decisions
  • Evaluates industry trends, recommends strategies, and assesses the effectiveness of strategies
  • Develops plans, prepares reports, presents recommendations, and implements solutions
  • Uses data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Applies in-depth knowledge and technical guidance to address complex issues and provide specialized solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specialized experience in training, enablement, real estate technology, or related field
  • Experience delivering virtual and in-person training programs
  • Strong experience in agent-facing roles involving coaching, consulting, or enablement
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to groups and leadership audiences
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, training, or user engagement initiatives
  • Performance-driven mindset with ability to work independently across multiple markets
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Well versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends in real estate technology and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and virtual training platforms

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in real estate technology platforms and tools used by agents
  • Experience working with Market Center leadership or franchise systems
  • Experience in recruiting support or sales enablement environments
  • Experience building communities of practice or peer learning groups
  • Experience with reporting dashboards or adoption analytics

Knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of training, enablement, and technology adoption strategies in real estate environments
  • Strong understanding of agent workflows, productivity tools, and real estate technology platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of virtual and in-person training facilitation best practices
