Compensation Range: $150k+ Total
Other:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the steel, foundry, refractory, electrode, or related industrial market required
- Must be located in Pennsylvania or a neighboring state
- Home-based position with 50-70% travel throughout the assigned territory
- Strong preference for candidates with iron, steel, foundry, refractory, or high-temperature process knowledge
- Responsible for managing existing accounts while aggressively developing new business opportunities
- Must be comfortable selling technical products and solutions rather than commodity products
- Experience calling on steel mills, foundries, and heavy industrial manufacturers highly preferred
- Responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, customer visits, forecasting, CRM management, and account growth
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills required
- Technical sales experience involving process improvement, operations support, or engineered products is a significant plus
