The Regional Training Specialist facilitates the Training and Development needs for the Las Vegas Region - with an emphasis on Instructional Design. Designs and develops instructional material; as well as facilitate courses for Caesars Entertainment employees in the Las Vegas Region. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills. Must independently develop entry and advanced level courses. Responsible for the delivery of employee, supervisory and management training and development programs. Conducts needs analysis to identify specialized training needs. Monitors and evaluates the progress, effectiveness and impact of training and development programs and department trainers; makes recommendations for improvement. Conducts career discussions with employees using tuition reimbursement to encourage them to pursue a supervisor/manager position when completed.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related subject preferred.
Minimum of three years of instructional design and/or technical writing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
Two years training/facilitating experience or hotel/casino operations experience required.
Experience conducting needs analysis strongly preferred.
Knowledge of training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred. Demonstrated ability to train/educate adults.
Demonstrated familiarity with Instructional Design and Courseware Development principles (ADDIE)
Technical writing, training, performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development experience
Proficiency with Microsoft software to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
