• Average annual earnings: 84,500.00

• Backhaul $25.00 - $30.00 Per Occurrence

• Bonus Plan $5000.00

• CPM $0.740 - $0.900 Per Mile

• Furniture pick up $10.00 Per Occurrence

• Holiday Pay $140.00 Per Day

• Hourly Rate $33.60 - $38.42 Per Hour

• Layover $20.00 - $45.00 Per Layover

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $28.00 - $32.01 Per Stop
