Position Details

Drivers that hire before 9/7/2026 will receive an additional $500 on their first check!

Position Details:

• Flatbed account delivering concrete fiber siding to customers across the Midwest and Central regions.

• No driver unload

• 10% of loads are drop and hook

• 90% of loads are live unloads by the receiver

• Close to 100% preloaded trailers

• Account manager is based at an office in Joliet, IL

• Account does not work Thanksgiving or Christmas Day

• Uniforms are not required

Special Requirements:

• Drivers are required to tarp/strap every load

• 2 tarps weighing 75lbs dry

• Will train on Flatbed

Truck Info:

• Automatic trucks

• Light weight sleeper truck and 48' flatbed light weight spread axel

• Sleeper size will vary

• Can take the truck home

• Driver must have safe and legal spot to park

• Account will not reimburse for parking.

• No slipseating

• Riders allowed with registration and approval

• Pets allowed

Job Details:

• $7,500 sign-on bonus for a limited time!
• $0.64-$0.68 per mile
• Stop pay: $35 per stop
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours
• Tarping pay: $25 per load
• Spotting pay: $23-$34.50 per hour
• Off account work: $300-$350 per day
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
• Safety Training: $20 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Weekly home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
