Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location:

Remote regional opportunity focused on Indiana. Candidates must reside in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or Missouri. This position includes regular regional travel of up to 50%, including driving to meet prospects and attend industry events.

Note:

Candidates must have 2+ years of direct or outside sales experience and 2+ years of franchising experience. Strong candidates will also bring at least two of the following backgrounds: direct sales, business ownership with employees, and franchising. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the region are required.

Job Description

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective franchise owners throughout your assigned region
• Present franchise opportunities through virtual meetings, in person conversations, presentations, and business discovery experiences
• Guide qualified prospects through the franchise evaluation and sales process from initial conversation through close
• Develop trusted relationships with prospective and existing franchise owners
• Partner with franchise brokers, consultants, referral partners, and internal development teams to generate new business
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Represent our brands at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for franchise growth, partnerships, and regional expansion
• Travel throughout the territory to meet prospects and support franchise development initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct, outside, or transactional sales experience required
• 2+ years of franchising experience required
• Franchise sales or franchise development experience strongly preferred
• Business ownership experience with employees is highly valued
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and close complex sales
• Experience using CRM systems and managing an active sales pipeline
• Strong communication, presentation, follow up, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a results driven environment
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to maintain a credit card with sufficient availability for reimbursable business travel expenses
• Bachelor's degree preferred
