Location: Lehi, Utah | Reports to: CEO | Salary: $140,000-$150,000 plus 20% bonus

We are helping define the future of flexible, hybrid work within commercial real estate, and we're scaling our regional leadership team to support continued growth.
About the Role
The Regional Vice President will oversee a portfolio of community locations and teams, operating in a general manager capacity under the direction of the CEO. This role carries direct managerial responsibility for community teams at each location and is accountable for the financial performance of the assigned portfolio, including top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class member experience across every location, driving new member acquisition and retention, with the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining stabilized recurring revenue.
Key Relationships
Area Managers, Community Directors/Managers and community teams, Operations and Training teams, other regional leaders, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and external partners/vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Directly supervise Area Managers and Community Directors/Managers across the regional portfolio. Set and continually raise the bar for world-class hospitality delivery. Mentor and develop team leaders across hiring, training, and performance management. Identify and develop high-potential talent to build internal mobility pathways.
Financial Performance Partner with local teams and Business Development to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. Work with Finance to build monthly performance tracking and reporting to senior leadership. Continuously identify opportunities to improve site-level financial efficiency, including staffing, technology, maintenance, and vendor management.
Hiring & Training Identify and attract outstanding talent for community teams across each market. Partner with the central Talent function to recruit, vet, and select candidates. Build and maintain a robust, repeatable onboarding and training program, adapting team structures as needed.
Operations Partner with Operations to maintain cleanliness and operational effectiveness across the portfolio. Work with build/procurement functions to oversee site-level improvements, renovations, and capital projects.
